To be able to manage a household, I thought I needed a car that was cheaper on the fuel than an MGB, so a Mini was bought. Looking back in retrospect a premature and very unwise decision. Buying a car that's just two years old isn't cheap -even a Mini- and subsequently I also modified it substantially because I didn’t like the looks of the car with its black bumpers and grille.
